1 Shipping costs
1.1 Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the order, as well as the destination.
1.2 Shipping costs are clearly stated during the checkout process.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
2.1 Delivery time depends on the selected shipping method and destination. We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible.
2.2 We will do our best to deliver your order within a reasonable time, but will not be liable for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control.
3. Processing of Orders
3.1 Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
3.2 Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Tracking of Orders
4.1 Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
4.2 You can track the status of your order through the carrier's website.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
5.1 It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct and complete address information.
5.2 GM Printing is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information. Any additional costs for re-delivery shall be borne by the customer.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments.
6.1 If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at helpdesk.gmprinting@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
6.2 In case of lost shipments, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier. This may take several weeks. If the shipment is not found, we will send a replacement product or offer a refund.
7. International Shipments
7.1 International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes not included in the shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
7.2 GM Printing is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.
