6.2 Non-personalized products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, if in original condition and packaging.
6.3 Cancellations should be communicated in writing as soon as possible. Costs for work already carried out may be charged.

7.1 We guarantee that our products meet the reasonable requirements of soundness and usability.
7.2 In case of well-founded complaints, GM Printing will replace or repair the product, without charge to the client.

8.2 GM Printing's liability is limited to the amount of the invoice for the order in question.
